Report on potential pricing methodologies for bitstream-managed backhaul services

In the context of fast-growing and heterogeneous broadband usages among operators (in terms of kbps at peak hour), this report aims at identifying one or several recommended approaches for bitstream pricing to ensure that Eircom bitstream prices enable ComReg to meet its regulatory objectives.
