Laurent Benzoni, Founding Partner of TERA Consultants, co-chaired and also gave a presentation at the workshop "Restrictive Practices and competition law“, organised by the Directorate General for Competition, Consumption and Fraud (DGCCRF). The workshop was introduced by Nathalie Homobono (Director General of the DGCCRF), with interventions from Jean-Bertrand Drummen, Member the French Competition Authority and President of the General conference of judges of commercial courts in France, Francis Amand, President of the National Consumption Institute and Mediator of agricultural trade relations, and Jean-Christophe Grall, Avocat à la Cour.
