Implementation of the Directive 2014/104/EU with the Ministry of Justice: Laurent Benzoni will join the working group.
Laurent Benzoni has been invited to join the working group conceived and supported by the Ministry of Justice in order to implement the Directive 2014/104/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 November 2014 on certain rules governing actions for damages under national law for infringements of the competition law provisions of the Member States and of the European Union.
This action aims at fostering the victims' liability claim actions against companies for anticompetitive practices, in order to ensure a better competitive functionning of the markets.
