Following the go-ahead from the European Commission, the Conference of the Belgian Regulators (CRC*) published, on the 29th of June 2018, its decision regarding the market analysis of broadband and television broadcasting. TERA Consultants had assisted the IBPT with the realization of economic analysis used in this decision: calculation of cross-elasticities, critical loss test, definition of the relevant markets, etc. This decision opens-up the way to the evolution of these contracts in Belgium.
