TERA Consultants’ participation in the workshop of the DGCCRF “The contractual balance, what for?” at the Ministry of Economy and Finance
On November 12, 2014, Laurent Benzoni (Partner and Founder of TERA Consultants) co-chaired the workshop organised by the General Directorate for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The workshop was introduced by Nathalie Homobono (Director General of the DGCCRF), with the participation from among others Nicolas Genty, lawyer at the law firm FIDAL, Jean-Christophe Grall, lawyer at Grall & Associés, and Irene Luke, judge and advisor the Court of Appeal of Paris.
Laurent Benzoni also gave a presentation on economic challenges of the trade balance and the risk of imbalance.
