Conference: "Compensation as a tool for competition policy"

TERA Consultants contributed to this conference at the Ministry of Economy and Finance with two presentations by Laurent Benzoni and Julien Pellefigue. The first presentation analysed the differences and interactions between compensation and sanction from the economic point of view. The second examined the economic evaluation methods of competitive harm in the latest proposals from the European Commission.
