TERA has won a tender to develop a cost model of fixed networks (core + access)

The Mexican regulatory authority in telecommunications (Instituto Federal de Telecommunicaciones- IFT) has decided to entrust TERA Consultants with a mission of experts’ in order to establish the rate of wholesale services access to main Mexican operator’s infrastructure.
