Spectrum needs in France for 2020
On behalf of the French Directorate for Competitiveness, Industry and Services (DGCIS) and the Directorate General of Media and Cultural Industries (DGMIC), TERA Consultants conducted an estimation of spectrum requirements for electronic and audiovisual communications for 2020. The results of the report served as a basis to establish the French government's position for the ITU's World Radiocommunication Conference 2012 (WRC-12).
