The analysis was presented by Denis Basque, Partner at TERA Consultants, in Riga, Latvia at the workshop of EU Emergency Services. The presentation gave an overview of the cost assessment of Emergency Call Answering Services (ECAS) in Ireland. The project was conducted by TERA Consultants for ComReg in order to recommend a reasonable cost of answering services to each emergency call.
