Anti-dumping and competition policies

The anti-dumping policies, originally set up to control the anticompetitive conducts of foreign exporting firms, have evolved so much that they are now likely to cause damages to domestic consumers. Certain concepts and economic tools developped in the antitrust framework could be used by International Trade Authorities so as to fix that problem.
