Professor Laurent Benzoni holds a Master's degree in International Finance and a PhD in Industrial Economics. He created the Economics Research Department of Telecom Paris Tech in 1986. Since 1995, he is full Professor of Economics at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University where he currently heads the Network Economics Master.

He founded TERA Consultants in 1996, as an economic consulting firm, specialising in competition, regulation, costing and development. The firm is a leader in its field, operating in more than 50 countries across five continents. Laurent has more than 30 years of advisory experience for companies and public institutions, in particular in competition, litigation, regulation and strategy across various industrial sectors.
